Standard delivery : 3-5 days, £3.99

 

Next day delivery, for orders placed up to 5 p.m- £5.99

 

Orders over £30 is delivered FOC, on next day, if placed by 5 p.m

Returns

On rare occasion if you receive an item incorrectly or the item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team on contactus@ilkaycollection.co.uk within 5 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist you and issue you with method of return. Items will be inspected by a member or four quality control team before issuing a refund.

We will issue a full refund, including any postage. Please refer to below terms and conditions.

If you changed your mind and wish to return an item, please return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging using a carrier of your choice.

We will issue a refund for returned items only, excluding any postage. Please refer to below terms and conditions.

 

• You will need an “Authorised Return Number” (ARN) which will be issued by our customer service team.

• We will issue refunds within 10 days of receipt of your return.

• Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us.  We recommend you obtain proof of your return.  Parcel insurance is recommended when returning goods valued over £30.

• Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank.  This varies between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

• Replacements or refunds for exhange of damaged or wrongly selected goods will not be processed until the original items have been recieved back in our warehouse.

• If goods which form part of a 'bundle offer' are returned for a refund, then the remaining items will revert to their normal price.  You will be refunded accordingly.

 

• All refunds and replacements will be processed on receipt of the returned items.

 

Issuing refunds

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed at our warehouse and the refund has been issued.
